Cancellation By Customer:

7-Day Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide flexibility to our valued customers. Our 7-day cancellation policy is designed to give you peace of mind when booking our services or products.

Policy Details:

  1. Cancellation Window: You have up to 7 days before the date of your booking to cancel your reservation without incurring any cancellation fees.

  2. Cancellation Process: To cancel, please contact us via phone or email and provide your booking/order details.

  3. Refund: Within the 7-day cancellation window, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, if possible, if not cash will be given to you directly at the destination.

  4. Exceptions: If the weather is not permitting, and the port is officially closed, the customer will be offered a date change or refund.  We will notify the customer as soon as we have notice from the Port Captain.
