7-Day Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide flexibility to our valued customers. Our 7-day cancellation policy is designed to give you peace of mind when booking our services or products.
Cancellation Window: You have up to 7 days before the date of your booking to cancel your reservation without incurring any cancellation fees.
Cancellation Process: To cancel, please contact us via phone or email and provide your booking/order details.
Refund: Within the 7-day cancellation window, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, if possible, if not cash will be given to you directly at the destination.
Exceptions: If the weather is not permitting, and the port is officially closed, the customer will be offered a date change or refund. We will notify the customer as soon as we have notice from the Port Captain.
